Shredding Paper
Shredding paper is the best way to protect yourself from identity theft and fraud. Unfortunately, many of my clients have "to shred boxes" which I strongly discourage. Having a "to shred box" that is overflowing with personal information is just as bad if someone breaks into your home as dumping it into the trash can. The best solution is to shred confidential papers immediately.
